Representing TSF as an Ambassador is a unique way for me to leverage my skills and relationships in the global telecoms industry to give back to those in need. TSF’s work assists millions of people per year and by funding its work, we can directly improve the lives of those in need around the world. I support TSF’s mission and hope that with participation of other likeminded organizations, we can help them to expand their global reach and capabilities.

TSF is an incredible organisation which I have been fortunate enough to be part of since 2017, I am now proud to be able to continue supporting TSF as an Ambassador and grateful for this opportunity. TSF is a unique organisation in our industry and should be the 'Go To NGO' for all Digital Infrastructure organisations. When you are shaping your ESG or CSR programme and want to give something back please think of TSF in supporting Digital Inclusion and Emergency Response Technologies.

TSF fascinates me. On September 11, all communications ceased in New York City. The absence of communication suspended lives. How crucial TSF is to the world became clearer to me. TSF combines humanitarian impact, technology and an outstanding entrepreneurial spirit. Its DNA nurtures its underlying strength to adapt, create and push the limits on technology of the extremes.

Since starting out in telecoms in 1988, the industry has always taken good care of me and my family. I feel privileged and blessed. For me, being a TSF Ambassador is a wonderful way to give a little back to support many millions with a helping hand in their time of need. Promotion of TSF, raising awareness and much needed funds contributes to TSF’s success in providing communications that time and time again saves lives

One of our most basic needs as humans is to communicate with one another. Never is that human need to communicate more heightened than when we are faced with a disaster or crisis. At this time, one call from a loved one is priceless, a blessing; and the men and women who are the first brave boots on the ground, enabling those critical communication lines for first responders and families alike, are heroes to me. It is this reason that I am proud to be an Ambassador of Telecom Sans Frontieres.

Being a TSF Ambassador is hugely rewarding. It’s a simple commitment but it makes an enormous difference to TSF, its profile and fundraising activities. Supporting TSF through a structured Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR) programme is great for any individual or business, great for TSF and its charitable activities, and can make a significant difference in the lives TSF seeks to save and protect through its global humanitarian activities

No doctor, no nurse, no rescue worker, i.e. no-one can effectively act during a disaster without having contact to the outside world. Having worked in the most challenging places and situations on earth, I can only say that I’m very happy that TSI exists, already for so many years and I will try and assist whenever and wherever I can"

My role as a TSF Ambassador means I can raise awareness of TSF’s activities and actively support fund-raising activities for this not-for-profit NGO, supporting its growth and development and, by virtue of this, support the distressed and disenfranchised around the world.
